Adjust Orders That Have Expired

You can schedule an order only when it is Approved.
You can alter an order only when it is Unapproved.
You can approve/unapprove orders and enter account and invoice adjustments only if you have logged in with the traffic director password.
You can make schedules, and issue invoices and statements whether or not you have logged in with the traffic director password.

An assistant can log into TrafficONE without the password and create new orders, but not “approve’ them. This must be done by logging in with the Traffic Director password. The idea is to put modifications that would have a financial impact in the hands of the traffic director only.
