Hour-Restrict A Spot

Can you tell me how I can restrict a commercial from playing in the breakfast hours? It is an alcohol client and I want to avoid scheduling it in 7-9am hours and also Sundays before 5pm.
If it is the only advert the client is running, then the Order would be the place to set the allowable hours for the spots to run. In this case, the advertiser has two or more commercials in the order and the solution is a Packet. Here’s another post about Packets. When you hour restrict one of the spots in the packets, be sure there are other spots in the packet that will be available in all of the order’s hours.
The Track Plays Report exports a bulk-data text file in .csv format. The raw data can be easily imported into any spreadsheet or other application that can read files of this type. It includes every play of every commercial with the play-date and time-stamp. Once imported into your spreadsheet, it can be edited to suit your needs, printed or pasted into other documents.
