Scheduling EAS with TrafficONE

We have to put in a “reminder” to run the EAS test once a week and I thought maybe I could do it as a traffic order that would pop up on PlayoutONE screen and the jocks could then manually trigger the test. The reminder spot would of course be a recording of “This Is Just A Test…”. Is it possible to set up a spot to run once a week on a random day at random times between the hours of 6am and 7pm within TrafficONE

Do these things on the Schedule tab of the order item for the spot:

1. Set Period Type (third drop-down list from the top) to “Calendar Week”
2. To the right of that click Select All to select all weeks.
3. Enter 1 for Plays then click the Set button.

That will specify that one spot will be played sometime within the selected hours and days once each week. To select all hours and days as allowed follow these further steps:

1. To the left of the Weeks list below the grid click “Select All”
2. On the week grid click on the cell for 12 AM Sunday then drag to 11 PM Saturday to select all days and hours.
3. Enter 1 in the A column on the left for any day then click to the play cell on the left for any other day to copy the 1 to every day.
